How the Process Works
1. The Intro Call (30 Mins)
We schedule a brief call to get to know each other. You share your story, and I share my background. No data requests, no NDAs yet.
2. Information Exchange
If we both feel there is a fit, we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). You share high-level financial information so I can understand the business.
3. In-Person Visit
I travel to you. We meet for dinner or coffee (off-site) to discuss the potential future of the business and your transition plan.
